Produce and deliver weekly recruitment reports to the management team, using data and insights to monitor progress against regional requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for linguists, including posting adverts, screening applicants, and maintaining a detailed and accurate audit trail.
Maintain recruitment processes that ensure regulatory compliance, consistency, and accuracy at all times.
Provide an excellent standard of candidate experience while upholding high compliance standards and maximising productivity.
Meet and deliver agreed KPIs, targets, and objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Collaborate with the bookings team to understand resource requirements and support the onboarding of approved linguists.
Strong teamworking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A minimum of two years’ proven experience in leading and delivering recruitment processes.
Experience of working within a complex, fast-paced organisational environment.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Experience of managing relationships with external candidates in a customer-focused manner.
Strong attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills.
